  I like Chase Bank as a whole but, this branch is by far the worst bank I have ever stepped foot in. They have very nice decor and top of the line equipment but lack any customer service. If you are in need of help there is only 1 teller to assist. There were 4 people in line ahead of me and all of them needed a tellers assistance. Someone asked a lady that was standing by a machine if there was any other tellers and she said we would have to wait for the only 1 behind the desk. I eventually left after waiting 20 minutes with no movement and went to another branch. A shame because I live right by this branch and I will NEVER go back.
