  We had a light in room that would not shut off,it had no switch for it. The TV didn't work, the fire alarm went off at midnight for 20 mins. Rooms were given and previous guests were still in room,given another room at it wasn't clean. The sticker plate in bathroom came off the door jamb.

  APPROACHING THE THE PLACE AND GREETED BY FRIENDLY STAFF. INSIDE THE PLACE, THE DECORATION WAS JUST AVERAGE. NOTHING COMPARES TO PELICAN HILL RESORT ,WATER FRONT HILTON, OR MONARCH BEACH RESORT. SMALL POOL SO EXPECT LARGE CROWD DURING SUMMER TIME. THERE IS A LARGE COFFEE SHOP IN THE BACK. PARKING IS LIMITED. BE PREPARE TO WALK OR PARK ACROSS THE STREET
