  Talk about a bad experience, it's no wonder they only have 3 stars on average and dropping. I shipped a couple of flat rate envelopes from USPS through this company, the cost should have been $6.80 each but they charged me $12.10 each, as 78% markup and all they did was print a label for me. Shame on me for not just printing it myself through the USPS website and paying actual cost. This place is obviously a joke and should not be running a business like this. I will not ever use them again and hopefully this review helps anyone else looking to ship or use this company in the future. I questioned the owner of this company as to why I was charged so much and her response was to just don't come back then if I don't want to pay the 78% upcharge for printing a label for me. Terrible customer service.
