  Hands down the worst dental experience I have ever had!
  
  Not only was their office staff horrible but their dental assistant was rude, aggressive, and literally told another dental assistant (while I was in the room) that she "couldn't remember which tooth needed a filling because she didn't log it in my chart", which is why I asked not to continue with the appointment and left the office.
  
  My appointment was back in November of last year and I was never reimbursed for the dental work (the filling...see above) that was NEVER completed in my mouth. I emailed and called their staff several times and have now been ignored and I have given up on trying at this point. I was forced to file a complaint with my insurance company against them.
  
  My negative experience at this office has unfortunately changed my perspective on dentists forever and I hope this review prevents as many people as possible from coming here and having this horrible experience.

  I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gold’s since 2010. He’s so kind. Gentle. Professional. Knowledgeable. Caring. I’m absolutely anxiety ridden over dental procedures and he and his staff always calm me down.
  
  I’ve always had the most pleasant experiences going in there and returning 5 years later he fit me right in.
  
  I highly recommend him, his staff, and office.
  
  I love everything about them.
