  Perfect customer service and even better food! Different from Panda Express and you can customize your order to perfection unlike Panda Express. My favorite is the house chicken and the house chow mein, but the appetizers are also delicious!

  When PS first opened it was great it actually had Asians preparing Chinese food, now it is prepared Hispanically. The interesting thing is that the food all tastes exactly the same wherever you get it or who ever prepares it, just like a bowl of Ramen! PS was bought out by a big corporation several years ago, since then they 1- upped their prices, 2- reduced the portion sizes, 3- stopped sending promotions to loyal customers and 4- decided that Customer Service went from the Customer to them along with the Customer's money. I used to go there 3 times a week, every week. We laughed about needing a PS fix. Now I don't go there at all. Try Shanghai Pine Gardens on Balboa Island. Bigger portions, lower prices and traditional Chinese food.
