  I’m sitting at my table now inside Cheesecake Factory, writing a poor review on my service tonight. I’m taking the time during my dinner to write a review because it’s that bad. Starting from the greeter at the door, reminding me they were closing soon, to my waiter advising me I need to order because they were closing soon instead of welcoming me. To top it off he brought me the wrong plate and when I pointed to him I didn’t order that, fails to apologize and walks away. Yes, walked away completely and left the plate at my table. I’m sitting there baffled at my waiters behavior and my boyfriend has to get up and go look for him in the kitchen area... he then says he can’t guarantee anything because the kitchen is now closed... at this point I’m upset and ask for the manager. We’re sitting there and waiting forever for the manager and my boyfriend ask the young lady Mackenze where the manger was.. she then puts her hand up and says I don’t know, I don’t know.. blowing my boyfriend of and states, I don’t know what’s going on with your table and I’m not your server. Al right so at this point I’m pissed. About 10-12 min later a manager shows up and Pete was really nice and apologetic.. made sure I got the right plate and that I enjoyed it. Thank you Pete! Can’t complain about the manager but the staff here need to be reminded they are serving the customer and that customer service is important.. over anything else.. either way I’m not coming back here. I really want to point out Mackenzie attitude ..out of the whole experience, your demeanor towards my boyfriend and I, is the worst behavior to have in a business such as the one you work in.. especially in Newport beach.. Mackenzie, really consider where you're working and if this is the right field for you, because you my dear have no work ethic nor any great customer service skills to work here!! I will be reaching out to the manager over the phone once more, or perhaps your district manager.

  My daughter went here with a couple of friends and it was super stressful. They had to wait an hour for the table and could not stay inside the resturant because it filled up with other customers having to wait for tables. Once they got a table, there were at least 3 waiters who had dropped glasses and plates. They waited extra long for their food because their waiter gave it to the wrong table. Besides that, their food was delicious and the cheesecake was amazing according to my daughter. I recommend making a reservation very early if you plan to eat there.
