  if you want to do MRI here please do yourself a favour and Don't go to this place cause you would see lots of hassling.
  My wife and i have done more than 10 MRI last 5 years in this place. it used to be great facility when lisa was working there. these days i think they hire new people who don't know how to do their job. i called a week ago and emphasied that i would do my MRI in a week on this facility and just want to make sure that get my authorization before my appointment. usually in the past they got in 2 days maximum. After waiting for 7 days just the day before my appointment i called the office and asking about my approval. they told me we would call you in the afternoon. they didn't call me and i had to call them again .they said we couldn't get hold of your Doctor . my question is what you were doing the whole week that you had to call the doctor in last minutes . i said ok and reschedule my time to 3 day after . today(friday) i called again cause supposedly i have an appointment on Monday still i don't know if i have appointment for Monday morning or not. have to reschedule my orthopedic surgeon for second time and wait 2 more weeks.
  very unprofessional and bad customer service for loyal patient !!!
